great spot for city strolls and nearby landmarks

The guest house offers an excellent base for exploring, with both War Memorial Swanland and All Saints' Church just a short walk away, and I found the garden view from the dining area very relaxing while enjoying a delicious breakfast.

i absolutely loved everything about our stay. the room was super comfy and clean, and the breakfast was just delicious. liz is so warm and welcoming, made us feel right at home. gardens are really gorgeous, such a nice place to relax. off-road parking was no problem at all.

the only downside was the lack of hanging space in the room, which was a bit of a pain for our clothes. internet was a bit slow at times too.

The room was immaculate and super comfy. I really liked the attention to detail, like the fresh decor and little touches. It was nice to have fast WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities. The ensuite was clean and modern, which added to the overall comfort. Only thing missing was a mini fridge, but not a big deal. Definitely a great place to relax!
